Q: How can I file a claim at this time?

A: You may report your claim to your local agent or call our 24 hour claims service at 877-426-4252.  We have also provided a claims form on our website. Simply fill out the form and we will respond to the phone or email you provide by the end of the next business day.

  

Q: What precautions are being taken when adjusting claims?

A: The safety of our insureds and employees is our utmost concern.  The CNI claims team is committed to handling your claim with care and compassion. Once a claim has been filed, CNI relies on its virtual inspection tools that enable us to effectively “see” damage without physically being on-site.
